Casey Coffman is passionate about Coffman Group, Inc. and its
relentless commitment to producing the perfect environment,
content and interaction that will allow companies or sales
professionals to reach their full potential.
Casey Coffman founded the Coffman Group in 1996 and has grown it from a one-person operation serving a handful of clients to a team of seven professionals serving hundreds of company and individual clients, each on their path to sales and entrepreneurship MASTERY.
Prior to starting the Coffman Group, Coffman spent 14 years in product management, sales, sales management and executive management positions with companies such as Epson, Zenith Data Systems and Datastorm, Inc. Corporate duty completed.
Today, Casey and his team of coaches and trainers blend their experiences with the proprietary content of the nationally recognized and the industry leading Sandler Sales Institute, Inc., Personal Assessments, Inc., and Extended DISC, Inc. to deliver a unique brand of highly effective sales and personal development. Coffman Group is nationally ranked in the top five for sales volume for all three of its primary content suppliers.
With his no-nonsense and direct style, Casey is renowned for bringing out the best in managers, CEOs, business owners and sales professionals, while producing huge personal growth in their confidence, courage and conviction.
Casey is an expert facilitator and problem solver and easily develops sales strategies to maximize opportunity. He is a frequent public speaker and is highly sought for his workshops on topics such as “Business Head-Trash”, “Why Salespeople Fail”, “I/R Theory: Breaking your Comfort Zone”, “Improving your BAT’ing Average” and “How to upgrade your sales force in 30 days”.
He and his wife Lisa are also passionate about Kansas City’s City Union Mission and are committed to helping the poor and homeless men, women and children of Kansas City. He invites anyone, with interest in giving to those in need, to join him for an awareness lunch at the Mission.
Casey and Lisa Coffman have been married for 16 years and live with their three boys in Kansas City.
